Yes, her base stats are better than Chrom.
I mean, that would be boring, since you have two characters wearing same outfit (but different fighting style) XD
oh like that xD Well, to be honest, I'd rather have same outfit but different fighting style rather than different outfit but same fighting style (aka clones like Ganondorf/Captain Falcon, although Link and Toon Link are different enough imo).
