I think that this might be an interesting concept, but this is mostly because I enjoy the Warriors series. I'm not sure that Monster Hunter would be a very good fit for the series, unlike Zelda, which has dozens of iconic characters to fill a game with. The game would just feel like Monster Hunter skinned over a Dynasty Warriors game, which would lose so much of what makes Monster Hunter its own unique series.
