I'm not really willing to breed for its HA tbh, :/ (it sucks in single battles, plus I'll have to look for one)

I wouldn't do a 6 IV Feebas because Milotic's ATK stat is terrible for competitive play, sorry.

with drought or flash fire ?

how much ? i don't care about the price i just want a vulpix good for competitive battling :p

1. Ditch both Metronome and Last Resort moves for Happiny, as well as its ability (Friend Guard).

Plus, I can't get the Happiny. Only Chansey, ;)

Depending on what you're going to use (Chansey or Blissey for competitive play), check out :
2. Brave Bird instead of Sky Attack for Skarmory.

I recommend Drought if your team doesn't have a problem with taking fire-type hits. As for nature, I recommend Timid for the speed and as it's a nature that reduces ATK - 31/x/31/31/31/31 (15 Play Coins)

Plus, I can't get the Happiny. Only Chansey, ;) That's cool with me ;)

I only do 5 perfect IVs, ;) but I'm closing my IV breeding services for a while (right now the only thing I'm doing in-game is IV breeding to hatch shinies and it's tiring, heh :/)
