Hopefully, we get Mega Sceptile and Swampert too.
According to a source, megas of the remaining Hoenn starters, the main legendary trio, and Plusle and Minun were trademarked. They were planned for a while, apparently.

Japan : Sunday @ 7.30AM
Europe : Sunday @ 12.30AM (11.30PM on Sunday for UK)
US East : Saturday @ 7.30PM
US West : Saturday @ 4.30PM

on May 11, I'll post whatever they show if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Although I'm sort of excited for the remakes, I expect a mayoral flop, as a Pokemon remake in my view can only be wrongly understood by many people (including myself) and dissapoint a lot of people also, so I try to keep my flames inside me :)

Yay! My 2nd favorite Pokemon games coming back to life. Although I'm kind of worried that contests won't return, and that was one of the main things I did aside from battling :(
I really can't wait for November!

Now where's the GCN remakes (or one remake if you can fit both games into one disc) I wanted? This is great new nonetheless but I've had enough of the single battle story modes. Perhaps that would be an added feature. I can only hope (and more people need to learn to deal with the Pokemon you're given rather than to choose whatever Pokemon you want).

I agree it didn't support any kind of gameplay at all. Just a small clip of Groudon and Kyogre battling the weather

Yeah, I think I just expected too much, but it's given that that video didn't have much, because (as you say) it was only announced a couple of days ago. :)

You can see that groudon and kyogre were the same as before, so the kyogre and groudon on the front cover are probably mega evolutions
