Dewott is a traveling mon, he goes everwhere honing his battle skills and sharpening his instincts.

Dewott heard a lake near the forest he was in and decided to head towards it, he missed swimming in the waters of his old town so he decided to heads towards the lake.

A wild Umbreon appeared!

Rocky is Paralyzed, not by the status effect though.
An emotional Paralyzed feeling.
What does he do? What does he say? Rocky waits in anticipation for the Umbreon to run away from him

And then it talks

"Your not an everyday pokemon, eh?"

Maybe the Umbreon isn't scared of Rocky, but Rocky sure is scared from this Umbreon! He doesn't know what to say! He hasn't spoken to someone else in a looong time!

So he just stands there. Frozen in fear

Umbreon walks around the Pumpkaboo, watching it's every move, it's tremble in fear and it's scared eyes.
"Are you scared? Have a pokeblock!" Umbreon hands the Pumpkaboo a poke block

Umbreon, not wanting to leave the pumkaboo there, alone, asks it to come to the shack
"Wanna come to my shack? It's probably more homely than here

Wayne finally awakes and decides to go down to the lake to get a drink of water and to watch the krabby blow bubbles across the sea. Wayne always loved coming down here to relax and watch the beautiful view. although he has gotten lonely these days and has never actually seen a eevee or an eeveelution in his life! he thinks he is the only one left in his kind. he has meet other types of pokemon however never has had a close friendship with anyone as all the pokemon he has met just move on there way.

-Sorry! Was watching Christmas movies-
*ahem*

Rocky scared feeling is slowly, slooowwwly, replaces with a warm, friended feeling inside.
This nice Umbreon has invited him to its shack! Still holding the pokeblock, Rocky walks inside the shack. Rocky then does something he hasn't done in a long long time.

"I never caught your name"

Rocky says. Rocky seems almost surprised to hear the sound of his voice speak. Trying to act confident, he waits for an answer...

Scurry scurry

Rocky and then hears the sound of something running around on the rafters near the roof of the shack. It sounds like a pokemon! Does it come in peace, or does it want to *gulp* fight? Then comes down from the ceiling is a horde of Ratata

Umbreon hears the Pumpkaboo say "I never caught your name"
Umbreon replies with a faint voice, "My name is Umber. Umber Lana, you can call me Lana"

She then sees the horde of Ratata and Pumpkaboos scared face
She hears herself say "Those are my friends, they come in peace. "

"T-they dont seem very peaceful to me!" Rocky says, facing a scowling Ratata

"That's just my old friend the trainers Pokemon, all of them are Ratata, they keep me company. The trainer does not know I live here, she is only right across the street." Lana walks around in a circle to get to the Ratata "You see, they like playing , and they were just playing when they scared you". "So what's your name?" She says as she stares at the stranger of her home that she let in through guilt and fate.

"oh, well, my names Rocky! And im kinda new to this "seeing-other-pokemon" kind of thing. Because, well, i havent left my home since..."

Rocky ponders for a moment to try to find an answer, but doesnt seem to find one.

"Well, forever!" rocky says with a smile

"You've never been anywhere else? Never caught or anything? That's terrible, but good in a way."
Lana pokes around in a box and pulls out a tiny bed since it's getting dark
"Hey it's almost night, and we're pretty far from your house thing, how about you stay here tonight?"
