I'll help with that! :p

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Trait: Justified or Steadfast
EVs: 252 SpAtk, 252Speed, 6HP
-Aura Sphere
-Shadow Ball
-Dragon Pulse
-Flash Cannon

Okay, so the reason I suggest this set is because it has a strong potential for sweeping. Aura Sphere and Flash Cannon are Lucario's main STAB and offers coverage against a variety of types like Ice, Rock, and Normal. Furthermore, mega Lucario's ability is Adaptability which makes the STAB boost 2x instead of 1.5x, which boosts the viability of those two moves. Dragon Pulse and Shadow Ball are filler moves because I couldn't think of two other good Special Attack moves and benefit from the maximized Special Attack, and offer an option against Dragon types (because there's a lot of them) and Ghost types.

EVs are the way they are so that it can hit hard and hit fast. Reason I put the remaining in HP is because I didn't know which defense to add to, and for me investing in HP is like adding to both.

This set offers coverage both fairy and dragon, two of the most overused types in the metagame, with Flash Cannon and Dragon Pulse, respectively. You get a Lucario from Korrina during the story, so it's easy to get one in Gen 6.

Hope this helps!

You got a nasty Electric weakness right there. Although, Jolteon and Venusaur can take the hits pretty good, you can try to replace one of your Water-type Pokemon for a Ground-type. Flygon is my Ground-type suggestion. This is obviously a suggestion, so if you don't want to take my small advice, then don't. Your team is pretty great, if you ask me.
--------------------
Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Defense
Nature: Jolly
- U-Turn
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw / Outrage
- Stone Edge / Fire Punch

This set is actually Flygon's Signature set. It is great for leading and scouting, using the move U-Turn. Earthquake is a great STAB move, dealing great power, and having good accuracy, so why not use it? Dragon Claw / Outrage is also another great STAB, with both moves having some great power, and decent accuracy. Of course, I would preferably use Dragon Claw over Outrage, just for playing safe. Finally, Stone Edge and Fire Punch cover your Ice weakness.
--------------------

Like I said, don't take my advice if you don't want to. It's only a small suggestion, and your team is already pretty good.

Nothing on this team switches in on a Choice Band Flare Blitz/Brave Bird from Talonflame, I suggest removing Jolteon and adding Rotom Wash

Hmm, flygon and rotom wash are both interesting suggestions actually. A scarfed flygon looks pretty great here. I just have a personal weakness of always taking jolteon.
As for banded talonflame, This is something I've always had a problem with. What I've tried with this particular team is baiting out the talon and then taking it out quick with either azu or jolt. Takes a lot of prediction to do unfortunately.
