Riddle time!

This is the best and last one I know:

A bus driver was heading down a street in Delhi. He went right past a stop sign without stopping, he turned left where there was a 'no left turn' sign and he went the wrong way on a one-way street. Then he went on the left side of the road past a cop car. Still - he didn't break any traffic laws. Why not?

No, we have lots of similar riddles here :p Like this one - Two bus drivers are trying to cross each other in opposite directions in a narrow path only wide enough for one bus. How do they do it?
They're walking :p It says they're bus drivers, not driving buses at the moment.
