uhm, just a suggestion; I think 16 teams is a bit too many, this tourney won't ever actually begin. xD

perhaps lower it to 6-8 teams. I don't think even 32 people here have the game. :p

Well 32 x 15 is 480
200 PC per person on winning team
That should get them to sign up

But there may not be 32 people who can get into teams to sign up in the first place, so trying to motivate what is not there probably won't work.

100-120 PC per person on winning team is still good.
