I could see a 3d mario maker coming for switch...

But only with the play style of 3d land/world.

I don't see how that would ever be possible, or if possible, good. There are just too many possibilities added with a 3rd dimension that would make everything to massive/hard. Also everything would have to be pre-built object, that fit on a grid. It would really make everything geometric and blocky instead of free formed, like Mario 3d World.

Maybe...
How about a zelda dungeon creator? Where you can experiment with the original engine, the link to the past engine and the link between worlds engine? You can design your own traps and put a final boss into the game.

Nintendo what the heck were you thinking!? Did you really think that porting a game to the 3DS, wiping out online levels and taking out mystery mushrooms was a genuine good idea? Sure, its good for those who do not have a Wii U. Sure, its good on the go, but I don't think its really worth it. If it had the ability to upload levels it may be better.
