The night was dark and cold. Bloodthirsty crows sang from the sky.
The evil queen, Margaret, sat on her throne made from bones of the innocent.

A portal connecting different worlds suddenly opened in one of the evil queen's lands and various heroes emerged, wondering where they were with the idea of killing Margaret implanted in their minds.

Margaret sensed the bloodlust for her head from afar and sent her loyal servants to deal with the heroes.

About this game

This is an improvised forum-based RPG. If it works out, there will be more seasons in the future. Each season has a unique name to it and a new set of characters, however, you may be able to carry over some content if you participated in the previous season. Each character has one free revival herb which saves you from death ONCE.

Background Story: He was a small, weak child until his mother bought him a halloween costume (actually we celebrate Purim this week, and it's like haloween except it's less "spooky" and has a story behind it, so maybe it's that, I don't know). He was opened to sword fighting, and started to train, until he was strong enough to fight with his "sharp", plastic sword.


It's intentional, I much rather make it a joke character than spending an hour in google images trying to find a good picture.

The thing about making your character have a backstory, is that they’re unique, like you can make up a reason why your characters is so strong, and how they’ve trained, basically whatever you want.

Character background story: She's a rogue who grew up in a privileged family in a small village. Despite this her hobbies included going out hunting with her trusty homemade bow for animals to sell to the village butchers for them to sell as food for the people. Over the years of this practice, she's toned her skills to be as silent as a feather drifting through the wind as she stalks down her prey. One day while hunting, her village was raided, she returned to see nothing standing. She now travels around, seeking to improve her skills more, but vowing to never to be tied down to a single place again and instead using her chaotic good nature to help others and punishing those she feels deserve it.

( I actually don't have a drawing of him ready, sorry. >.< )

Bios: Prom is the only one in his village who knows how to manipulate magic. When he discovered it at a young age, he'd often entertain his friends with little displays, and used it to help the people with various tasks.
But when a monster went on a rampage in his village at age 19, he used his ability seriously for the first time. It slowed it down, but it ended up injuring a good dozen villagers.

Seeing that he needed to hone his skills to keep the ones he loves safe, Prom set out to learn from different places on how to control his magic better and more efficiently.

He's pretty trusting to the point of naivety.
If he sees his friends hurt, Prom'll try to mend their wounds, but it's not potent yet. He more so attacks.
He'll use all of his strength in one attack as a last resort, but he'll need a pick-me-up to get his mana levels back, or he'll be pretty useless. :v

Character background story: He was just a part of a normal middle class family with his father being the primary wage earner being a blacksmith and all until his father had a terrible accident that no one seems to know about. Then Hephaestus decided to apprentice another local blacksmith who is totally not evil and didn't try to kill his father with an axe that they both made. He then started blacksmithing on his own until he found out he could make a better living killing and stealing for rich people and that's how he got good at fighting.
