It can't be on level 1. Minimum it can be on level 2.

Because, it is evolved from Pichu with maximum happiness. So, thats why it has to attain a level to evolve into Pikachu.

Sorry, but as Jirachi is a legendary Pokémon, it can't be EV and IV breed. But, I can give you a normal Jirachi if you want. :cat:

Sorry, but as Jirachi is a legendary Pokémon, it can't be EV and IV breed. But, I can give you a normal Jirachi if you want. :cat:

? You can EV train it but can't IV train it. By super training or the regular way...

Yes I do want my shroomish I will put a Zigzagoon in GTS and will put Shiny Plz and then KJ after it.
