how do you know? There's too many unknowns in this question to purely determine that though. What kind of truck is it? How many packages are in the truck? How much can one eevee move on its own without using any moves? Now if eevee used moves such as take down, quick attack, and double edge wouldn't that mean that it would be able to pull a lot more especially when you consider that eevee can also learn helping hand which will boost the power of these moves for all the other eevees. So if they all use helping hand on each other to increase the power of such moves and then use take down and quick attack, I think it would take a lot less than 2067 eevees to move a truck.
