My favorite Link incarnation if the Link from Ocarina of Time . It's just that there are many memorable moments in that game that makes the Whole Series amazing . The characters in that game are also memorable and It was the first game to have such influence on the other titles incoming

Even though I don't really like Twilight Princess, I love the realistic artstyle for Link. It really adds to the dark feeling the game tries to give, even if it fails to do so

I like Link from Twilight Princess cause I mean, he turns into a wolf. And I like adult Link from OoT and young Link from Majora's Mask (young Link in MM is so much cooler than himself from a few months ago in OoT for some reason). Skyward Sword Link had that kind of personality that was just memorable for me, and I can't forget Toon Link. Toon Link is one of my favorites because he's just so different and goofy compared to other Link incarnations.

I always liked Twilight Princess's Link since he has so much detail on everything. He seems to have that attitude which is rather hard to explain (I don't even think any Link has emotions) and has the coolest companion ever, Midna. He even got to learn the hidden skills from the Ocarina of Time Link.

My favorite of all the incarnations of Link would be a tough call between Toon Link form Wind Waker and the newest incarnation of Link form Breath of the Wild. Both of these Links display an interesting, go-getter type personality (even if Toon Link is a bit lazy at first), and they both have a great sense of the responsibility of who they are and what they have to do.

Link from Majora's Mask and Link from Breath of the Wild.

Majora's Mask Link has experience as an adult warrior, to the point that even though he's physically a child again, he can ride on Epona and use a bow with no issues. It also allows him to take advantage of his opponents who would underestimate him (while it's non-canon material, the manga even points this out in the opening chapter.) Not to mention he's got a collection of masks behind his belt.

Breath of the Wild Link is rather interesting in personality (what little of it we hear about), as he's just as nervous about his destiny as Zelda is, to the point that he puts on a stoic act to silently bear it. It speaks volumes to his commitment that despite his amnesia, he still takes on the task of rescuing what is left of Hyrule before Ganon can completely destroy it. Also, he loves food.

I like the Ocarina of Time and Majoras's Mask Link the most. The one in Majora's Mask is always a child but has the big sword and big shield, as well as being able to ride Epona and use items that only adult Link could use, such as the Bow and Arrows. He still has his cute little masks too. Ocarina of Time's young link is pretty weak, but he tries his best :p

I personally love the Twilight Princess Link the most. Sorry Young Link, you’re barely in second place. :p

Heck, I loved everything about Twilight Princess, but I felt like Link looked so much more mature than the Links from other games in the franchise. Plus, he can turn into a friggin’ Wolf. I don’t see any other Link incarnations doing that. xD

If not Young Link or Twilight Princess Link, then absolutely Hyrule Warriors Link.
