Who is better? Lucas or Ness?

Looking back at this thread, I can't even count how many of you are misinformed. They are NOT clones by any means. They are very different and that's why people play ness and not lucas.

So, after doing an analysis on Lucas and Ness I think I have a pretty good idea on who is who. It really just depends on who you need for what situation. For example, I hear Ness's Final Smash is a stage-wide attack that can't be control, whereas Lucas's is controllable but has a small range. If you're playing against an inexperienced friend or two it would be a good idea to play as Lucas, but if you're playing against an expert of 4+ players, you might want to consider Ness.
