Yeah for the X Men. Wolverine IS a Avenger though. It even states in the comic he is. It's also why he got alerts from the Avengers badge and the X Mean to the same time when the Phionex came while he was in the bar. The only reason he went on the Avengers side is because he believed in their cause for the Phionex more than the X Mens.
