PEGI 3 is better for Pokemon X/Y. There's not that much animated violence, and yes, I meant Pokemon CreepyBlack. It's just that it's also called Pokemon Black on some creepypasta sites, so, that's why I specified that wasn't the DS Black Game.

3rd Parties, they are different companies... And it does make sence because if PEGI put something like PEGI 7 and it actually fits PEGI 13, for example, but nintendo changed it after they made the rating and millions of kids bought it... Against the rules?
How's it "against the rules." Honestly, I'm not sure if you even understand how this works. Furthermore, the rating comes AFTER the final product is made, not during the process (which is why you see "Rating Pending" for many upcoming games as they're announced).
