Rune Factory 4 North America Release Delayed

Published on August 1st, 2013 by Gervais D.

Rune Factory 4 will no longer be released in North America on August 13th, 2013. Siliconera reported that an Xseed representative replied to a fan about the game’s release date, stating that the game will be delayed until late September or October, 2013.

Have a look at the question that was asked by the fan below :

“When is Rune Factory 4 actually going to launch?” asked the fan. “I’m dying to get my hands on this title, but it seems to keep get pushed back”, the fan continued.

This fan isn’t the only one who is excited about the game. I have been waiting months to get my hands on Rune Factory 4, and now I’m a little disappointed because of the delay. However, on the bright side, I have more time to finish up my gaming backlog instead of only adding to the collection. This might be a good thing, for me that is.

The Xseed representative replied with the following :

“And we’re dying to get it to you, but the game is absolutely massive and taking much longer to QA than we originally anticipated. Right now we could be looking at a late September or October release, but it will definitely be worth the wait.”

Now I’m beginning to believe that Rune Factory 4 will not be available at the Nintendo 3DS eShop on the game’s launch date in North America. There is still a chance that the game will be available at the North American eShop, however, it was confirmed that the game will not have a downloadable demo.

Stay tuned for more information about Rune Factory 4 here at 3DS Pedia.
