Rune Factory 4 for 3DS is coming to North America on August 13th, 2013. Now, the question is – will this game be available as a digital download via Nintendo eShop?
To answer that question, it might. According to XSEED’s Thomas Lipschultz, the game will be available through the eShop if possible.
“Game’s pretty big, so I don’t know if it’ll fit on the eshop. We’ll do it if we can, though, I’m sure,” said Mr. Lipschultz.
The chances are pretty high. Rune Factory 4 is available through retail and eShop in Japan. I don’t see a reason why it can’t be in North America.
Will Rune Factory 4 have a demo at the Nintendo eShop?
Thomas went on, saying that there is no demo available for the game. However, he stated that if users enjoyed previous Rune Factory games, they will most likely enjoy Rune Factory 4 since it is the largest, most complex, and most charming Rune Factory game in the series :
“If you’ve enjoyed previous Rune Factory games, though, then chances are you’ll enjoy Rune Factory 4,” said Thomas.
