So, lately, life hasn't been really nice with me and I needed a project to keep going. My boyfriend got me a fish tank, almost 30 gallons.
A couple of years ago, I had a fish tank of my own, a little one about 10 gallons and I really loved it. I loved the idea of creating a whole ecosystem and maintain it to keep my little fish healthy. It got a bit out of hands bcause they started to breed a bit too much but I still really loved it.
So anyway, we got the tank around December 10th, but with work and life, we have been unable to really start it until a couple of days ago, still had a lot of painting to do before putting it in place (you don't really move it once it's settled, it's quite heavy.
So we completed the paint in the room, put in place the furniture for the tank and did our first test, which is to make sure the tank won't leak! Please don't mind the green tape, it's because we are still painting the staircase behind.
And we need to let it there a bit like that and check on it to make sure everything is fine.
I'm quite excited by this project
