Day 7, Part One
We raced into the city... I flew past stopped vehicles and pedestrians. Jackson was right beside me, and behind us was about 30 very angry men on motorcycles. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of them, but it was useless. They always managed to catch back up. We swerved onto a back road, across from a parking garage. We kept up the speed, but unfortunately there was twenty bikers waiting for us at the other end of the road. We tried to turn back around, but the other 10 bikers were behind us. That left only one way to go. Towards the parking garage. We revved our bikes and shot towards the garage, with the enemy's guns blaring. We burst into the garage and began driving up it, trying to get to the roof. Behind us, the bikers burst in after us with their guns firing round after round. I had to swerve to avoid get getting shot, and the bullets slammed into a hummer next to me. One hit he gas tank, and I slammed onto the gas. I had just hit 180 mph when it exploded behind me. Me and Jackson were approaching the roof rapidly, but the access door was locked. Jackson solved that. He shot off all 3 hinges holding the door in 3 shots total. We barreled into the door, knocking it over. We burst onto the roof, and looked back. Flames were still billowing everywhere. Then, like a nightmare, out of the flames emerged all 30 drivers, their guns still firing at us.
"What now?" Jackson yelled.
"We have to jump! I exclaimed. "We can land on the next building!"
"Are you mad? What if we don't make it?"
"We have to, unless you want to offer a better idea," I said.
He stayed silent. I backed my bike as far as I could, and he did the same. At the same time, we stepped on the gas, while holding onto the brakes. When our speedometers read 180, we gunned it. We shot past the bikers who were emerging from the doorway. Then, we were airborne. For a terrifying 5 seconds we were airborne, whizzing towards the building. Finally, our wheels hit the roof and we swerved to a stop...
