Combo Attack: Punch(3%)-Elbow(6%)-Knee(9%) Side Tilt:A small kick.(9%) Down Tilt: A sweep kick.Launches upward on the ground, and is a good spike on opponents at the the ledge.(11%)Up Tilt: An axe kick. Just like Falcon's, is a good meteor smash for opponents at the ledge.(13%) Neutral Aerial: Swipes his right leg(5%), and thrusts his left(7%). Side Aerial: Swings his fist downward with a red electrical effect. No electricity if not sweetspotted right under his fist Has a good meteor effect. If opponent touches his knuckles, they are launched diagonally upward. (30% sweetspot, 15% sourspot) Back Aerial: Thrusts his cape back. Has a slashing effect.(12%) Down Aerial: A thrusting stomp, like Falcon's. (14%)Up Aerial: a backflip kick. Unlike Falcon's, hits twice and has a meteor effect near the end.(1st Hit:3%, 2nd Hit:7%) Tether Recovery:Yes: Takes out a plasma whip and extends it. Pummel:Knee(3%) Side Throw: Punches the opponent forward with freeze frame at the hitstun and an electrical effect, then shoots three plasma beams at the oponnent. (Punch:6%, Beams:3%)Down Throw: Puts the opponent on the ground and stomps on the opponent.(13%) Back Throw: Puts opponent behind him and kicks opponent. (9%)Up Throw: Tosses opponent upward. (7%) Special: Phoenix Punch- Phoenix throws a punch, his arm engulfed in a fiery red phoenix. can be reversed. (30% Normal, 35% Reversed) Rainbow Missile- Phoenix charges at the opponent, zapping him/her multiple times with magic. (20%)Phoenix Dive- Phoenix leaps up to grab any prey. If he catches some, he leaps of off it. (25%)Dimensional Cape-Phoenix wraps himself in his cape and disappears.If the player hits the special button while he is gone, he will return with an attack. He can also teleport if the player flicks the control stick.(8%) Final Smash:Rainbow Phoenix- Phoenix types on his helmet, and his Rainbow Phoenix comes through the stage. If it crashes into anyone, Phoenix will hop in as the opponents fall on an F-zero style racetrack. Then Phoenix comes in his Rainbow Phoenix, ramming into the opponents that were caught, dealing 40%.
