The Legend of Zelda: Intertwined Destinies. part 17

"Sir please cooperate, times are tough in the castle and the men are on edge as is." Alonzo tried to ease an enraged family man, all while solders searched his house for Link; or Zelda for that matter.
Since Zudora hired these new men, something was different about the solders. They were arrogant and reckless: it wasn't like the royal guard to force their way in people's houses.
"You haven't the right! barging in my house in the evenin'. How's this ethical?"
"Just don't press the men please, I'm trying-" Alonzo stopped when he heard a screaming from upstairs.
A red knight with horns then came down the stairs, holding two family members hostage
"Better tell us what you know sir, they're counting on you." the horned knight threatened. Seeing this misbehavior bothered Alonzo, If you harm a hair on their heads I swear... he thought looking at the red knight.
"Please don't harm them! I don't know anything!"
"You certain? I'm sure you know something." he taunted, pointing his sword tip to the woman's neck.
"Sir, that's enough!" Alonzo bellowed. "This isn't what we're here for! as Lieutenant General, I demand you lower your weapon!"
"... No,"
"Are you defying a direct order from your superior?" he asked.
"I guess I am!" and the red knight with horns swung for the woman's head. Alonzo tackles the knight to the ground.
"Disobediance isn't welcome! I will have you removed of your title! and banished fro-" the red knight stuck Alonzo in the nose. Then grabbed his neck.
"Pathetic you are, pathetic! You call yourself my superior? Bah!" desperate, Alonzo fought out of the chokehold and headbutted him. Alonzo rose a fist to strike again, but a cold metalic grip lifted him off the knight. He looked back at the old father, and saw the family was in one peace. The man who held his arm was Byrne - a warrior who represented Zudora in his absence.
"We're done here." he said to the solders and Alonzo.

Returning after that clash, Alonzo wanted to retire to his tent and rest. His arms ached and he was flushed from fighting that knight in red. He lifted the flaps to his tent and entered, removing his armor as he did. That blasted fool, thanks to him I look like a thug to the rest of my unit. he thought to himself. And he fell on his cot. If Zudora knew of this, he would certainly disapprove... He eventually fell asleep, worried for possible discipline in the morning.

In the next day, no one spoke of Alonzo's fight with the horned knight; and when he saw the knight, they didn't dare confront each other. They mostly exchanged glances. Alonzo made his way to the "mess hall"; a tent where food was served. Alonzo had himself a beef stew - which most of the men ate. He blew on his first spoonful to cool it before swallowing.
"Alonzo." rose a voice behind him. He expected to see Zudora and prepared for his scathing, but it was a hooded figure in strange robes. "Gather your supplies, I have need of you." the hooded man said with a voice that sounded like grinding stones,
"I only take orders from-"
"You needn't worry about that, Zudora's appointed you under my command."
"Wait, who are you?" Alonzo asks the hooded person. deep in his hood, a mysterious glow the color of amber rose like a campfire emerging from the sticks in a circle. "Remember it well," he spoke, "I am Blaaz, Master of Fire. Now get prepared, we're headed to the village Ordon."
