Nope. Has to be story/gameplay related DLC you can finish like Fire Emblem Awakening's DLC.

Yeah, sure. You need to be at least level 3 here for it to count though.

Paper Mario gives the Mario emblem. Mario Kart and Mystery Dungeon both have their own emblems.

If it's a DS game, you'll get the DS emblem.

You have to beat the games (eg. story). For 3D Land, finishing the last castle (no need to beat special worlds).
