So, I just discovered that... there is a "Dinkleberg" emblem... and I want it
Only those who have created a discussion topic in a discussion forum with over 1,000 replies can receive this emblem. Others call the wielders of this emblem "Dinkleberg!!!" and raise their fist in the air while shaking it.
344 so far, only 2/3 left!! (btw, in the main post, I changed the rules to avoid the likes of "Focus Sash Pokémon is a counter" and stuff like that)
Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD

Never used Abomasnow before so I dunno how effective this set is overall, but I sure know it can deal with that Azumarill
EDIT: Actually, it'll have trouble doing so, I forgot Worry Seed is also affected by Sap Sipper! One that will work better is:
Abomasnow @ Leftovers

Levitate
252 spa / 252 spe / 4 def
Thunderbolt

Might knock off the vest, but ferro won't survive 2 flamethrowers.
Btw, when you say criticals never happen, does that apply when critical rate up is +3. At +3 critical rate up, the critical hit rate is 100%, so criticals will happen unless target is immune to them through shell armor, battle armor, or lucky chant.
I was thinking of that, and I thought that I could add the rule "If a Pokémon has a 50% or more chance to get a critical hit, it will get it" or something like that, but, I couold get a little bit too complicated and/or abusable, so I decided to make them impossible
Anyways:
Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Dragon Tail
Resist all 4 moves, and I'm pretty sure it either 2HKOes or 3HKOes
Think the only way to get over 50% is to get +3 critical rate. I could be wrong, but I think the rates are:I was thinking of that, and I thought that I could add the rule "If a Pokémon has a 50% or more chance to get a critical hit, it will get it" or something like that, but, I couold get a little bit too complicated and/or abusable, so I decided to make them impossible

Base: 5%
+1: 12.5
+2: 25
+3: 100
As for that walrein:
Mega gallade
Adament
Inner focus
252 atk / 252 spe / 4 def
Drain punch
Shadow sneak
Psycho cut
Swords dance
Takes 3 hits for walrein to take it down. Gallade outspeeds it, and after swords dance, drain punch is a OHKO. Gallade can switch in on any attack, set up, and destroy walrein before it can deal that last hit.
It's:
Base: 6.75%
+1: 12.5%
+2: 50%
+3: 100%
Regardless, +3 is still 100%. I guess you should take crits only for moves that have a 100% chance to crit (Storm Throw and Frost Breath), or sets that have a 100% chance to crit (Super Luck + Scope Lens/Razor Claw + increased crit chance move), though the boost is the same as being Band/Specs so... besides being able to switch moves, there's not much of a difference for this game.
Anyways...
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Def
Impish Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Will-O-Wisp
- Psych Up
- Pain Split
Shadow Sneak from Gallade is a possible 5HKO when burned and at +6 Attack (~9HKO at +0). Shadow Sneak from Spiritomb is a 3-4HKO unboosted, and if Gallade decides to set up Spiritomb can copy the boost to KO faster.
Ctritcals have more than that over choice items. They ignore attack down on the user and defense up on the target. Their also important for anything with sniper as its ability. It's not going to counter sylveon, but here's an example:It's:
Base: 6.75%
+1: 12.5%
+2: 50%
+3: 100%
Regardless, +3 is still 100%. After focus energy, it gets a 2.25 multiplier on all moves, and draco meteor no longer has a penalty. You can imagine the sweeping potential it has. The bulky ev spread so it can survive most neutral hits. It'd be deadly if passed some speed, though.
