I don't remember the rules, but you can always read them and if it says it's allowed, go ahead But I think I made it a rule saying paper only, but I don't remember.

Thanks! I was going to make it like my original drawing: with a pokedex look and
entry but I didn't have much time.So I had to force memories from my original drawing last year!
It turned out kinda like how it originally looked!
