Journal Entry #1 (Day):
a scrub (my rival) and I (Crystal) decide to go into the tall grass and we encounter some Starly.
Since my OT ended with 2 I started with Turtwig and called it Pro (@pokemon pro).
On route 102 I managed to catch myself a Shinx and called it SpinnerWeb (@Spinnerweb). Even better yet it has Intimidate
.
This means Pro the Turtwig and SpinnerWeb the Shinx are my first partners in the team.
I then backtracked on to route 101 and got myself a Starly and called it Death (@DeathDragon) . Death is no that the Starly will die but anything which will face it will.
I also got myself the Poketch and did some grinding so this is how my team looks like before facing Barry.

Journal #2 (Night):
I faced Barry and I managed to defeat him with ease with my Starly (Death) with wing attack being the main move i used.
I then caught myself and Zubat on route 103 at night and trained it up to level 9 so here is it's moveset so far. @Starman (Zubat) and Death are now paired. I'm a bit worried about the common rock weakness but hopefully I will have other mons to make up for it.
I got the HM06 rock smash from a hiker in Oreburgh Gate and I finally arrived at Oreburgh.
I went down to the Oreburgh Mine and found Roark who taught me about rock smash. So I guess now I'll have to do some grinding before the gym.
Starly (Death) is lv 11.

I backtracked onto route 204 and I caught myself a Budew and called it @rawrrie . I got myself a machop on route 107 and called it Sora after @CdbSora. They are my third and finals partners in my team.
In oreburgh mine I also got myself a geodude and named it Derpguy after @Derpguy64 .
Next I did some mass training and defeated Roark's trainers. This meant everyone on my team was now on level 14.
But...
This also means my first evolution occured. Starly has now become a Staravia. Congratulations to @DeathDragon for evolving.
So this is what my whole party now looks like.

PAIR 3: @rawrrie the Budew and Sora the Machop (@CdbSora )

I got up early to face Roark and I defeated him with ease. Cranidos did do a lot to me but @rawrrie led the team and switching into Sora (@CdbSora ) the machop wasn't necessary.
Then I returned back to Jubilife City and I found the Galactic Thugs and beat them in a doubles battle with Dawn.
I make it onto the otherside of Ravaged Path, took on some trainers and finally got to Floaroma Town. Meanwhile facing the trainers. This happened:
No it wasn't a death. Thankfully
