Mario Kart If You could Add Any Character to the Mario Kart Series, Who Would it Be?

I'd say Pikachu and Sukapon. Pikachu driving a kart just seems right and natural while having a robot drive is just like having ROB in MKDS. Mega Man would work too but he's not a Nintendo character.

As for characters from Mario games I'd like to see Noki and Lubba (looking at you @sodajet ) and Pauline.
