If you could rename Pokemon X/Y, what would it be?

Pokemon Azure (X) and Pokemon Crimson (Y), suiting each legendary color. That will still stick to color naming pattern. Hehehe.

This is probably the first one that I've heard that could probably work well. They really sound like legit colors for names and not that complex to say.

Pokemon Amethyst and Pokemon Topaz. They both have the gem names which is something I preferred over colors and even more so... letters.

well, gem names are still colors in many cases. Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald (as well as Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum) are all colors

Yes but the colors are named from the gems and are in themselves the color of their respective gems. Anyway back on topic.

I would probably call it pokemon soj. I dont know why but I always thought it sounded cool. But, like everyone else said, I think Pokemon Z would be cool. They should make a pokemon where all the best players can go. Like all who have a certain amount of wins or something. That would be AWESOME

I would have named it Pokemon Sky and Pokemon Forest. Would have fitted the legendaries well.

I would have named it Pokemon Dark and Pokemon Light for that would have been suitable considering both legendaries.

Didn't we already have a similar name though with the colors that were chosen in Gen 5 (Pokemon Black and White as one color is dark and one is light)?

Pokèmon energy red and Pokemon plasma blue.

That kind of naming is what you'd probably expect for remakes of remakes of Gen 1 probably given that it has the words red and blue in there

So what?

It matters because it'd screw with the naming pattern GameFreak has used. New games only have one word for the titles while remakes have two with them. If you were to name it energy red and plasma blue, people would think they're Red and Blue re-remakes if they didn't already know otherwise

Pokemon Overworld and Pokemon Underworld. They way it would work is like team flare has there own dimension of the earth and you have to go there to beat them all. It's name is a little long though.
