Prinplup COULD have claws under it's feathers and, when it evolves, they simply become larger. As for Patrat, it's perfectly normal. I don't see why you think Detect shouldn't be learned! What Detect is supposed to do is predict the opponent's move and dodge it! What's illogical about that? Also, let's not forget that Patrat is the "lookout Pokemon", which makes a move that literally scouts the opponent's moves even more logical!
Moving on, I really think Eevee and it's evolutions should get Foul Play! Only Umbreon can learn it, while it would be really useful in all of them!

I'm making an Infernape at the moment and I just noticed that it CAN'T learn Drain Punch! Not even from move tutor! What's the logic behind that?! Close Combat and Brick Break don't get the Iron Fist boost, Power-Up Punch and Mach Punch are too weak, Focus Punch is too unreliable and Hammer Arm lowers speed.

Woah there! Hang on. I know exactly how detect works. Let me just tell you. You can't just simply jump over an earthquake like you can a slash or projectile. Plus I'm not doubting the abilities of Patrat I just don't see it having the ability of a Hitmonchan or Sceptile to give it that immunity.

Okay so your telling me that if you jump during an earthquake you would be in the air that long you wouldn't be harmed? That is why flying type and levitate pokemon are immune and not anyone else. I never stated anything about it being a fighing type move because honestly when you are using protect you are protecting yourself at all cost. When you use Detect you are trying to detect the move then move out the way.
Another thing, your kinda just saying pokemon should have moves because it looks cool. Nothing about Electivire triggers it should have drain punch, or Sucker punch. We all have our dreams

The move Earthquake lasts about 3 seconds and, with the insanely huge jumps Pokemon can do, it's not impossible to jump over it. Don't compare the move to the ones in real life! As for Electivire, I'm talking about it needing a priority move (Sucker Punch) and a substitute to Brick Break (Drain Punch). It's not that they would look cool, but simply that they would be great competitively! Both of them are great moves and would be pretty normal for it to have them. It can throw all elemental punches and tons of other punching moves, so why not Drain Punch too? Also, why would Sucker Punch be strange on Electivire, when Pokemon like Kangaskhan can learn it?

I know it doesn't have hands, but having Dragon Dance along with great bulk, Zygarde should at least have some kind of Dragon type move to make use of that attack! It's just as nerfed as Sceptile in that regard! Why not give it at least a Dragon Rush? As for Goodra, same thing, but it's like a large Dragon jelly
, so no Dragon Claw. It sad really how Dragon types are being treated like this from Nintendo! We need some more Dragon type moves! There haven't been any new ones lately!

I'm aware that Zygarde does get Dragon Tail. So that doesn't seem too bad. But yeah.. >< We need more Dragon moves. D:

Rotom Wash is called that because it is a solely water user and if it were to use Ice attacks too, it would be too OP. Hidden Power is enough or change it's forme to the refrigerator one. As for Quagsire, I agree, even though it has Unaware as it's ability. It would also be nice if it could learn Acid Armor too! It's weird that it doesn't get it. It wouldn't become OP since it's only weakness is to Grass and most moves are special! It gets Amnesia, so why not Acid Armor too?
