Nidoroyals shouldnt be able to learn surf,they are toxic/ground type,why can they swim?Do they get an surf board and stand on it?

Dunsparce should get a majestic Dragon/Fairy mega evolution, who cares about altaria, we want Mega Dunsparce.
And the nidoroyals can do almost everything, thunders, fire, water, ice, shadow balls, that's what is so awesome about them (if they only had dragon dance tho...)
