Exactly. That is the only way to go. It should only work via HA Florges however. The Mega Form would be called M.

My opinion is that Raichu needs an BIG COOL SCARY BOSS looking evolution, so it can show it's real power, also Aerodactyle needs an evolution, it could evolve to a morph like charizards.

I'd really like to see Dunsparce evolve. He's strange and he deserves an evolution just like the other Johto ones that got evolutions in Gen 4. Him and Chatot/ Garbodor because they aren't useful at all (okay maybe Chatot might be useful).

So I guess evolution and Mega Evolution are completely similar mechanics just because now.

Kecleon should get a Mega Evolution because, while it has a decent move pool and great ability(hidden), it can't be used to its fullest potential. Kecleon can learn Drain Punch, which is a great move combined with the ability Protean. Unfortunately, the combination isn't possible since its hidden ability was just recently introduced in Gen. 6 and it can't learn Drain Punch in the current generation without transferring. Drain Punch is pretty much the reason why Kecleon should get a Mega.
Mega Kecleon's ability should Protean. Kecleon can already use Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch, two great priority moves, making it a useful always-STAB revenge killer. Since Protean is forced onto Kecleon, it can finally use a deadly combination of STAB Drain Punch. Add more points to its speed stat and an attack stat boost, and it becomes nearly unstoppable.

Same, I'd like to see Zangoose and Seviper brawling it out in their new evolutions, I think they deserve either a Mega-Evolution, or a new evolution form! I'm interested to see how Seviper's evolution would turn out!

Most of the Pokemon introduced in Generation III that doesn't have an evolution need one badly. Some are so underwhelming such as Tropius, Spinda, Castform, Luvdisc, Volbeat, Illumise, Plusle, Minun, etc.

I'm not sure about Castform. It does have different forms, which I think makes it even more unique. As per the others, I agree, they are underwhelming. Tropius is really a beast. I wish more people would give him a chance.
