You can walk with 6 Pokemon to have your opponents guessing what you'll choose, but since it's a multi battle, you can only select 3 Pokemon to use for the battle.

And those mega stones aren't banned (I don't think I listed them).

You can't use legendary Pokemon if that's what you plan to do :p

You can't hatch a legendary Pokemon :p (except for Phione).

From first post :
"ONLY Pokemon that can be hatched are allowed. MUST be hatched or caught in a gen 6 game (Kalos/Hoenn)."

So only Pokemon that can be hatched are allowed. The next line indicates that it's alright if you caught a Scyther in the wild and wish to use it, since it can be hatched from an egg.

Kang's mega stone has been banned @ everyone.

a wise decision, great that the soul dew is also banned when lati@s can't be used :p

As long as it can be hatched and has been hatched/caught in XYORAS, you're good to go.
