Here is my entry-

I have drawn the pokemon ranger logo like 100 times before and was myself surprised when I saw how accurate it was when I compared my hand drawn logo with the original.
You may see that the froakie is coming towards the 3ds title. You will see this style in many game covers.

This is purely done with colour pencils. I used the printer only for printing the template and the computer for the E rating.

It took me one day each for each pokemon and another day for the background. It took 2 days to make froakie though. I made these mostly at school in the library.

If this wins, i would like my prize to be the ORAS download codes. If you are giving only one, then Alpha Sapphire. If you don't get those codes, then Kid Icarus Uprising.

Question: It appears you traced over the pokémon (judging by the thin black outlines) then coloured them, cut them out and pasted them on your background( because Dedenne still has paste lines and isn't cut out completely). How on earth did each pokémon cost you a day?!?

Hello, guys! So I have been apart of this site for a little over a month now. Everything is pretty cool and the people are rich Because of this, I would like to hold a contest for you guys! As an added favour, there will be NO entry fee since I don't think people should pay to compete so that's one less obstacle. As the title implies, you have to make a box art cover for any 3DS game of your choice. It can be one already exsisting or one you dream of. However, you must make it YOUR OWN ORIGINAL WORK! Any fakes will be disqualified. You can use any medium ( Paper ( Hand Drawn), MS Paint, Miiverse, etc.) I want to see effort put into your artworks. THIS CONTEST IS NOT BASED ON SKILL BUT IT IS BASED ON EFFORT. To give you an idea, a template is shown below that you can use. What you put in the blank space is up to you. Be creative!

Try your best and you just may win! There will be 3 winners and I may have sub-winners for specific categories.

Thought so I have exams too (in two weeks) so I get the feeling. (Ugh)
Tips:

• Drink enough water. You'll find it a lot easier to concentrate when you're well hydrated.
• Give yourself some rest too!
• Don't stay up late, even when you really need to study. If you go past your normal bedtime some parts of your brain will fall asleep while other stay operational (so you're still awake) resulting in a whole lot worse memory. Catching sleep will usually help more than studying overnight.
• Find a good sleep-wake rhythm and stick to it. Sleep greatly influences your performances and by maintaining your rhythm you'll find it easier to learn and memorise.
• Junk food and sugary snacks are brainkillers, don't take too much of that. Healthy food=better performance. A good (not fat) breakfast will help you perform better. Brown bread and apples should help.

Hey guys! Thank you again for participating in this contest! I really didn't think that we would have this many entries! It's really heart warming. Anyway, it's time to go over a few things.
First, the bad news. I really screwed up, guys. So yesterday, I was looking through all the entries with my nephew. I asked him to tell me what he though of them. Anyway, Long story short, my nephew used the Kid Icarus Uprising code without my knowing. I tried to obtain more CN coins so I could get another code but it's not an easy job to get 700 coins just like that. I am truly sorry to anyone that was aiming for that prize. I hope this doesn't cause you to withdraw from the competition. I really thought I could trust him as I he helped me with past contests on other sites. I still am hurt by it, to be honest. I guess it's my fault, though. He is still young and he didn't have the game yet. I suppose it was just a window of opportunity for him. Anyway, I will try to find something that can make up for this lost. I really feel bad about it. Again, I am truly sorry.

On another note, I would as like to know about how you guys want this contest to be judged. Do you want it to be judged by only me, the people in the contest, or all members of 3DSpedia? Let me know if you can. Also, I want you guys to know that the due date for submissions has been officially extended to March 10, 2015. anyways after all that,here's my entry and i thought the due date was going to be tommorow so i worked an tried to finish it and i did,i know it looks bad but you got to believe me there is a lot of effort put into this thing.I did it on flipnote studio so i didn't get to do all those fancy things and all that.Btw i'm am not an artist.

I'm liking the entrees you guys put up, it's clear that a lot of effort went into these and they look great!

Also, It's alright that Kid Icarus isn't available anymore RichGamerton. It sucks because that is what I was aiming for but the coins are just fine, plus I had a lot of fun making my box art!
