Yes. This game likely will have western release watching all the games Spike Chunsoft did...
But don't know about a physical one.

According to Siliconera, the game will have Eren, Mikasa, and Armin as playable characters for the story mode of the game. I haven't watched the anime yet so I'm not even sure who they are, :oops:

Are they any good?

Mikasa is awesome, she's pretty much OP compared to the characters. If I had to compared her to another anime character, it would be Shizuo in Durarara!!
Armin isn't that powerful but he's sort of a strategist, I don't know how they will make use of this in the game o.o

As for Eren, its hard to give much info without spoiling the anime.

The graphics are pretty good for the 3DS, there aren't any glaringly obvious defects or anything.

I actually need 18' per chapter, so I used almost 6 hours and half...
I watched that anime before I go to sleep, from 10PM to 1AM, so I didn't search that time...

I'm a student, also unemployed. I'm do some things some times...
But I can watch a lot of anime episodes because I use time for sleep :D

the anime is 25 episodes long and it ends next week for the first season.
