Alright, you have a dude who has this awesome jutsu ability. In all the terms used above, the user is a wielder of that jutsu. If you take away the wielder, you're taking away the jutsu with them. The question was if you could take a weapon, not that you could somehow gain abilities to use as a weapon.

Example :
* Random sword made of water from a game. OK.

**A jutsu ability where the person creates water with the ability to slash akin to a sword. NOT OK.

Why was the second example wrong? It's because you're making large jumps in logic and twisting the original intention of the question. Jutsu first of all isn't a physical weapon. You use chakra (usually) to use them. Well shoot, now it's a weapon that requires spiritual energy and also knowledge and skill to use. Abilities are abstract. Abilities can be weapons, but the question states something physical.

There are ways to think of better physical weapons than trying to go beyond the bounds of the question. Anyway, that's my two cents.

Oh shoot in my huge silly post I actually forgot to pick myself a weapon! Thinking about it, I'd probably go with something that can cover most situations. So in that case, I'll go with a keyblade! Being a magical weapon, I'm sure I can do all kinds of things with it, but even on it's own it's a really good bashing implement

How to survive...the 75th annual 3DSPedia Team Hunger Games?

Zap! What just happened? We are in a parallel universe. The Hunger Games are real. No really. The rules are slightly different though... Here we play the games in teams. The first two to react to this new topic will be the teamcaptains (since they were the first to awake in this strange parallel universe) and they'll have to create their own brawling teams. Sounds good right?
But...no rules about creating factions within your team or betraying captains! Meaning, all you new recruits, you can start your own teams as well! Though you might get repercussions from your (ex)captain... Be careful.
How do you fight? Why would you fight? The second question is easy to answer. The winning team gets 500 000 pc to split amongst themselves! How they split this great prize is their own affair. Now, how do you fight? You get powers based on your avatar, username and if possible your Pedian reputation.

@Spinnerweb would have both admin powers (can even ban members from other teams! and web powers... whatever those may be.

Who can you trust? How do you survive?

Note 1: This is an hypothetical situation, since we aren't really in an alternative universe, you won't get pc (except from posting of course).
Note 2: I will not compete in the games, rather I will judge whether your powers are 'fair'. (So normal users can't get mod powers, etc.) My judgement is binding in this case!
Note 3: I'll try to keep the teams even in numbers. 30 vs. 1 isn't so much fun.

I guess I would have about 11 million supporters following me around. And if that's to overpowered... I dunno, I could wield the Warfstache. As for my user name, it's kinda random... I honestly only use Bobcam because it's a easy thing to remember...
