it does not eat because it generates enaugh energy to live by rotating it's two bodies it is a steel type and have good defence and it have to continue rotating in its cadence !

oh ok...if you posted it at 9:19pm your time, then that may be able to be a good time for anyone in North America that decides to get involved on a Friday (but don't feel too pressured to do it if that's a bad time for you). Alternatively, you could have this thing on weekends and that'd make things flexible for a lot of people.

It's up to you in the end. Don't want to force anything on you

It disappears when found as it's a legendary pokemon and can travel through time
It has tiny wings too
It does not get found so easily so it lives in the dark.
It's shy and does not battle.

It doesn't battle a lot because it's shy and you don't see it often.
It lives in the dark in the sense that you tend to see it at night
idk about the disappear when found part though

Its tiny wings are there but it can hardly fly.

Pokedex entries explain that it runs away when seen, which goes back to the shyness when battling.

It's also found in dark caves....

And your hints also support this.

Dunsparce lol I did nothing

Dunsparce has two small wings at it's back it hardly flys so it only float.
When spotted it uses it's tail to dig in to the ground
It lives in caves so it's very dark there , the pokemon does not make sound often.
The pokemon does not battle a lot as it escapes from people through boring intro the ground with its tail.
