my version of spaghetti has a few things others don't. if your vegan you will not like this.
2 big pots
2 cans of stew tomatoes
2 jars of your brand of spaghetti sauce ( i prefer ragu)
1 red onion
2 bell pepper ( i prefer green and yellow one cause i like the colors)
1 box of fresh white mushroom
1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of sweet Italian sausage
2 teaspoon of mince garlic
1 box of spaghetti pasta ( i prefer angel hair)
mix by hand the hamburger and sausage until well bended.
then put in pot and cook on high till is cooked, then drain in your strainer. dice onion and bell pepper. add the bell peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms to pot and add sauce.
bring to boil and then set it to simmer or on low for 2hrs stir every 5min to 10min
cook spaghetti pasta at 15min before sauce is done. this makes a lot. so a good solution is to freeze the sauce and i done this it still taste the same. if you have extra pasta best thing to do is putting it in a zip-lock bag and using it another day like when you make say scallop and shrimp scampi. if you want more recipe let me know
