Three questions:

1) Are all digital only games, apart from those mentioned in the first post, considered "indie" in regards to the indie emblem (i.e. titles with no physical release)?

2) Is it possible to get emblems for VC titles if there's a 3DS/WiiU game in the same franchise (for example, Donkey Kong)?

3) Do you have any plans on making an emblem for Team Kirby Clash Deluxe?

Nope. Indie games are games from indie developers (small studio developers so it's unlikely of them to have physical releases).

I'll allow it for some games that do not have many 3DS/Wii U games. For example, Kid Icarus since we only have one game for 3DS.

If you have two normal Mario games, it'll only count toward the Mario emblem. There are emblems for Mario Kart, Super Mario Maker, etc which are different than the regular Mario games.
