Anyway, we have moved on from that to my Jirachi set! Try and counter that!Would up it to fire blast, but that risks setting the salac berry off and becomes much harder to deal with. Could just switch it out then back in later, though.

With proper timing this one handles all three... trying to turn this into a game, HUH?!?!?!
That set actually isn't a clean counter to Bro while relying on Wish alone, however, it's completely appropriate if running Moonlight, so why don't we assume so and continue on?Clefable @Leftovers

You really haven't thought about how it works in Ubers where I use it! It 1-Hit KOs many annoying Pokemon like Ho-oh, all physical megas besides Kangaskhan and so on! Sure, it may be a single use move and with conditions, but if you already have the fighting coverage taken care of, then you can just use this to get rid of annoying things! That is not a counter, since it can't OHKO Clef, while Clef kills Luke if it tries to switch in... Do i need to explain what is a counter EVERYTIME!!?
(Also, don't run Protect on singles Lucario)
Thats not the point of a counter
A counter can switch in even in the worst case scenario (without hax), and still beat 1v1.
If it needs to switch in an specific move and/or needs to be on a certain situation (like having the field clean of Stealth rocks) then is not a counter, is a check at best (and no one should ever use Counter on Weavile, is a one time use move and low kick is better)
