Damage calc said that Chandy can OHKO with Heat Wave and Shdow Ball. Plus Stone Edge is not a OHKO unless it crits. So assuming that I thought it was a good answer

At it's lowest Stone Egde deals out 99% though, even without a crit, the damage potential is so high that if it doesn't kill Chandelure, it could be called hax, and hax aren't dependable.

Paralyzing really isn't the brightest idea, as you would bring Gyro Ball's power down to laughable levels and Power Whip doesn't do enough to beat Tangrowth since it'll still be faster after paralysis: (assuming Sun is still up)

4 Atk Tangrowth Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Ferrothorn: 57-68 (16.1 - 19.3%) -- possible 6HKO (no Life Orb)

Of course, you're play with the 1/4 chance of Tangrowth not moving, but if you rely on hax, it really isn't a counter nor a check.
