GURREN LAGGAN JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!!!!!!

Clannad by far. A close second is Angel Beats. I think dubs are okay, some of the voice actors are pretty good. It's easier too when you don't feel like reading the subs. But nothing compares to the subs of course.
I love Angel Beats

My favorite anime is probably pokemon. When pokemon attack in the show, the attacks are very cool. Ash has also caught many pokemon in the anime. Ash has started in pallet town and now he his in the kalos region! Team rocket also tries to take pokemon and they always want to take Ash's pikachu.

Imma try to narrow it down, but anime in general is awesome!
So in no particular order, my favorite anime are:
Dragonball Z - I grew up with this and have watched it over and over all my life:p

Trigun - It has a very cool story to it and the main character is a very likeable and hilarious person with a troubled past and even worse reputation. It's got a western, apocalyptic feel to it.

Desert Punk - Some of the funniest moments I have ever witnessed in anime came from here so it definitely belongs here. It is also an apocalyptic anime, but this has many sexual innuendos so be advised!

And lastly
Golden Boy - This has some nudity so unless your old enough to watch this, don't watch!!!(you hath been warned kiddies!) Anyways it is only 6 episodes long and it is about a 25-yr old law school dropout named Kintaro Oe, who is going around Japan looking to learn all he can by getting part-time jobs. Each episode he starts out looking for a job and when he gets one, there is always a girl that works there. In the beginning the girl typically starts out disliking him (I think there is like 2 episodes where the girl likes him) and at the end he leaves his job a pro at it and the girl liking him. It may sound boring but it is SO funny! Here's a link to one of his funnier moments (this scene is pretty kid friendly so no worries!)
Anyways if your old enough to watch, I definitely suggest this as it's pretty short, but I love Kintaro Oe to death and he has some of the best quotable lines ever!:D

I can actually watch all kind of animes especially that my friends recommend or if i have a interest in any particular character or world of that anime, but i never had any strong addiction to them or something, i never watch other anime until i finish one but fillers can be a pain to me, lets me hold back sometimes and i usually give up to watch anime for months or even years, and then after big amount of time i have to watch all the new episodes in 1 day, about one piece i never understood the hype all around it i can see that it have very polished graphics and its a thing that can sell , but i watched a lot the episodes and its to bad for me i think the characters sound to awkward and stupid even though i noticed it can be addicting if you pay attention to the story and so on, i still think watching one piece is a wasting of time sorry to the fans, but seems the kind of anime for people that dont have very busy lives, anyway this is what i think and the fact its overrated as well holds me back , but i can see where those people come from that watch it, im not saying one piece its bad, but as a person who watched a lot of stuff i can see definitly what makes a bad anime.

For me, it's a tie between Clannad: After Story and Death Note. rawrrie's already said everything I would say about Death Note, but Clannad and Clannad: After Story are both very emotionally touching, funny and may even bring a tear to your eye. You will certainly love it too if you watch it and is a brilliant adaptation of the original visual novel.

Used to go all mad for Hunter X Hunter, I read the manga about 10 times and collect every single things, pictures and details (I'd say that's like nearly 10 years ago). My love for HxH faded around 4 years ago when I'm tried of waiting for the author.

Now my favourite anime is Yowamushi Pedal. Just finished the 2nd season of the anime and started reading manga for the first time!

hehe, yea it's a great manga. Hope you won't get tried like I do xD. Hope the author (aka Togashi Yoshihiro) is getting back to writing again soon after his break for the 5th time or so (with >1 year each break).

Even though Togashi has earned my hate with his hiatuses, I still consider Hunter x Hunter my favorite. It's simply too good, too rich in character development, plot, and action. Togashi may be lazy (might be off the hook with this one since he's supposedly recovering from back surgery) but he's a damn good writer.

I can't not mention Death Parade; it was very interesting to see how souls were judged, the beliefs on how arbiters should act, and how Chiyuki got Decim to show human emotions, even though he isn't human. One of the few anime I can call a masterpiece.

My favorite anime is Maison Ikkoku. It was a hidden gem from the creator of Ranma 1/2. It has an amazing story and lovable characters. Its 96 episodes and perfect for anyone looking for a longer, more relate able anime.

I agree. Hunter X Hunter will still be my favourite anime (I don't think I can get crazier with any other manga/anime).
Still, I don't really like the post-kimera story, the new world and the 12 zodiac...
It seems much more boring for me considering that the aim for Gon at first is to find his father. Now it seems like Gon doesn't have a clear aim anymore.

Hmm, I can't quite pick just one! I have watched too many good ones :rotfl:.
If I had to pick though(excluding my all-time favorite childhood ones) I would say it's a tie between Death Note and Kuroshitsuji(Black Butler).
