I just beat mega mewtwo y and s ranked him on my first go. I had a free complexity -1 and free mega start tho. im on like level 151.
I don't have the game with me currently but I will help out later.
EDIT:
Giratina has power of 4
Every eeveelution has mega boost and chandelure has mega boost.
Mega ampharos ability makes 2 thunderbolts go across the bottom screen.
Cresselia has barrier bash.
Dragonite and rayquaza have dragon talon. And i think haxorus has it too.
Special stages there is victini at weekends for exp.
there have been competitions for Lucarionite Blastoiseinite, blazikenite, manectricite and maybe a few others.
Special stages escalation stages for cresselia and giratina.
Special stages Kyogre groudon and rayquaza,
Special stage arceus dialga
Try em items stage wobbufet. try free items.
I THINK phanpy has stabilize
the articuno trio all have power of 4
the suicune trio all have power of 5
Pidgeot has flap.
Zorua and zoroark have sinister power
Sceptile vitality drain
blaziken hitting streak

Honestly, if I wanted to know the Pokémon locations and the abilities of the game, I would go to serebii and Bulbapedia. At the very least, you could have updated the information. Guides for Boss Pokémon and difficult levels are ok though. And you said Expect level are unlocked as you progress through the Main stages. They are actually unlocked by achieving a certain amount of S-Ranks on the Main stages

Thanks to the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, several Pokemon can be caught in special, one of them is the grand MEW, MEW is a very rare pokemon in any pokemon game, so it's a great chance to catch your MEW. Use Mega Sableye, ghost pokemons and dark pokemons. In my capture i used Mega Sableye at level, Litwick at level 3, Gastly at level 5 and Purrloin at level 5.
