Who's winning the console war?

Nobody WILL ever win the console war at all. Each company will do equally best and nothing more. So, stop comparing, badmouthing, fanboying (if that's a word), etc. If you have the money buy each console because exclusives deserve a play.

Each company has their faults and keeping them in mind is important as not everyone has the money to buy the consoles and may only be able to afford one. With that said though, you can hardly say that they're equal at all.

Console wars may have no winners, but when they aren't filled with immature walls of flame they can help others make rational choices in some cases I'd imagine.

Yes, but the problem is now the fact that at EACH Nintendo/Microsoft/Sony news, they start trolling every Nintendo/Microsoft/Sony fan. Example of comments made in France: "And you paid 500€ for that ? What a shame!", or "Yes, now we know why XXXXX makes you pay a very low price !" ! That's so immature !

yeah, that's a very valid point, but I'm sure there are some cases in which it's just general discussion on this stuff without the idiotic comments (even if they seem nonexistent)

No, in France, it's this all over again. They don't care about if they said it 3000 times, they keep doing it. Because you see, it's so good to annoy everybody ! (ironic sense, of course, as I played as one of those guys' mind.)

well yeah, not just in France but the Internet in general can be like that. If you think about it, there's plenty of idiocy to go around when it comes to this stuff lol

Yes. They lost everything that was good about gaming. Gaming was made for fun, and not raging like an idiot on games to show how mature (and stupid) you are.

Playstation 4 obviously, They have so many more unit sales. But I like the Wii U the most, it's one of those consoles that sucks but when you try it, it is amazing! Too bad for Nintendo that nobody wants to play it.

Yeah, they don't know what they are missing. Plus, you can play without the TV, thing that is great, especially when somebody should watch the TV, because they don't want to miss their favourite show.

It would be awesome if nintendo added a cable for the Wii U gamepad or the Wii U or just an option to connect to different TV's over wifi, if they sold a little box that has wifi capabilities and connects to your Wii U over wireless. They could sell it for like $30!

What's the point ? The great use is playing here without a TV !

Yeah, I don't see the point of connecting to different TV's over wifi. If anything that sounds like a gimmick. And yeah, as D4rkDragon said, the great thing about the gamepad is that with many games it allows not having to play on the TV

I think PC Gaming is best! You have many more options to chose from and Steam is coming out with their very own Steambox, which will change the idea of PC gaming. This will bring other competitors into view too. I like the idea of PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U, but all in all, PC is something that a lot of people can afford too, and there are limitless possibilities. Plus, you can actually open it and fix it if it breaks, rather than having to go to a store or send it back to fix it.

only problem with PC is that it can be a bit expensive to maintain over time. I mean, you'll reach a certain point and the PC you're using won't have the graphic capabilities necessary to play a game

Wii U should make a comeback soon once they make a bunch of games like SSB4. In any case, Nintendo appeals to the casual market a bit more. In terms of XboxOne vs PS4, yeah I'd say PS4 for sure

Yup, it really is lacking mainly 3rd party support compared to the other 2. I've seen a better selection with the PS4. And the Xbox One restrictions kind of deter me from wanting to buy it
I honestly don't see much reason to buy the Wii U myself besides for getting SSB4 but then again I could just buy it for my 3DS :p

Well, the Wind Waker HD remake was a nice addition for the Wii U, so you could have grabbed the limited edition console for the price of the console itself. If you haven't played it yet it was a great opportunity to do so
