One of my regrets was when I was restarting my Ruby game (as in, not saving the game, not starting fresh) when I find out that the Solrock that I caught has a PokeRus, because back then I didn't know that the PokeRus was a beneficial virus, and I used to thought that it was the bad thing until years later. Thankfully I managed to get PokeRus again while playing White several years later.

my biggest regret is selling all of my pokeballs to buy potions for a gym battle and then finding a shiny pokemon in the outskirts of the city the gym was, it was very painful to just try to process the whole thing i had no other choice but to beat it so i could at least get the EXP, i never sold ANY pokeballs in a pokemon game ever again.

I'm not sure if I should regret this or not... I honestly have no idea... Anyway, my biggest regret (As far as I can remember) Is trading a shiny fenniken I got... AFTER TWO EGGS, for a deoxys (Okay that one wasn't so bad, This was in XY) which I then traded for a shiny rayquaza. Is that bad? I dunno.

My biggest regret in pokemon was definitely taking a haitus on the series. I honestly feel ashamed that i let other judge me to th point where i stopped playing a series I love. On another note, I also regret waiting to join the competive scene till we got to the broken meta that we're currently in.
There are a lot of metas that are a lot more balance (My personal recomendation is UU, almost every match is different, and there is a lot of cool Pokémon that can be used, also, Megas are not a must in UU, since the UU megas avaliable are not too powerfull)

My biggest regret in any Pokemon game is forgetting to save the first time I ever played Pokemon Blue.
My second biggest regret is trading my shiny Zangoose from my White version.
And my Third regret is trading away my Xerneas so I could get Yveltal into my Pokedex.

My biggest regret as far as the entire series goes would have to be the time I actually game my emerald version to my friend. The reason being is that all the way from gen. 1 I had traded all my pokemon to the next gen games and I painstakingly traded with my friends and their friends to get at least 1 of every single pokemon. Then I just gave emerald to my friend cause at that point I was like eh whatever. I'm done with the series. Very stupid move on my part.

I have so many regrets when it comes to pokemon games. Killing deoxys, wasting master balls, using only my starter. But if I'm being completely honest and truthful I'd say it was not checking if the pokemon I was trading held an item. I lost my amulet coin. MY AMULET COIN!!

ohhhh lol that stinks massively lol. I would absolutely lose it if I traded my amulet coin. its hard enough to make money in pokemon as it is already and that just makes it worse.

One of my deepest regrets? Feeding my Empoleon all the rare candies so it'd be level 100 by the 8th gym in Pokemon Platinum. Yeah, my team wasn't very balanced. Anyways, my second regret is using Action Replay cause... I used a cheat to clip walls, but I exited the game while in a wall. You need to take 1 step while holding a few buttons to activate the cheat, and when I went back in, moving was the one thing I couldn't do. I had no Pokemon that could learn Fly, either, and I couldn't get a cheat to get any move on any Pokemon to work. My file became unplayable.

My biggest regret in Pokémon was when i was playing Pokémon White and i reached a part where a dude would trade me his Emolga for some other pokemon (doesn't matter). I traded it and, since it was my first Pokémon game ever, i believed that EVERY SINGLE POKÉMON had an evolution. And i has like "OMG, if this is its first stage as a little baby, in his final stage, it must destroy the Universe!" And i kept leveling it up until it reached a point where it was level 76 and my second highest level was 32... I defeated the entire Elite Four, N and Ghetsis only with "Minipete", the nickname that it came with. Then, when it reached level 100 (the others still in level 32) and it didn't evolve, i was like: "did i honestly just waste this precious life time in this little «poop»?" COME ON! I HAD A DEINO TO EVOLVE AND I WASTED MY TIME IN THAT SQUIRREL!!! became one of my fav pokes, anyway...

As a kid being stupid at playing pokemon emerald. Back then I didn't even know about move advantages and disadvantages and I didn't know how to effectively train my Pokemon so I would just attack gyms and rival head on and, of course, lose most of the time. For me, hardest gym ever was Psychic type gym in Mosdeep city. One time I was seriously frustrated because I kept loosing against Tate and Liza, I almost broke my computer (I played it on an emulator).

Here's the thing, I prefer VGC rules. I'm just annoyed by the sheer repetitiveness of today's vgc sets

Oh my god when someone makes a really really really sad post and you're lie "aw, poor them, they have to deal with (blank)" so you decide you give them a like because you feel their pain because pokemon emerald and it's save battery but now everyone look at you like "Bro what's wrong with you? You like Manuqutir's pain, get out" and then poor sad you on laptop don't know how to feel anymore.

My biggest regret in any Pokemon game is really selling my old mystery dungeon games. Another one is not playing as often anymore becuse I have been busy with school and real life. In general the largest regret was believing someone was going to do a Locke with me and deleting my Y file and then find out he didn't even want to do it with me. I felt so stupid.
