My first memories of playing a Mario game is Mario Party 4, when I was two years old.

It was actually my first remembered video game (overall), too.

The first time when there was the really old mario games like the ones for the SNES i didn't really like the Mario series nor did I want to try it . But the then after the DS came out , a friend invited me to play some Mario Kart and then that is when I liked it so much that I wanted to give the Super Mario Bros 2 for the DS a try . It was then I started to like the Mario series . Sure you may say that I somewhat came late but hey , I like the series and the was the first Mario game I played ! It was sure a good time to remember all of this :D

Color me surprised for not answering this sooner. Super Mario World was my first Mario game at the age of 3. I really jumped into the series when I started playing Sunshine, which I totally love. I still like playing Super Mario World on the Wii-U VC, and Im pretty good at it :p

My first Mario game was New Super Mario Bros. At first I was really bad at it and couldn't even finish the 2nd world, but I eventually collected all the star coins. I was really proud of myself for that.

My first Mario game was Super Mario Bros. 2: The Lost Levels, yes it was the game that was never released outside of Japan until Super Mario All Stars came out. The first time I play SMB2:TLL I could tell that the game was pretty hard, but the feeling of completing a challenging level is SO nice! Especially when I beat a level that my friends couldn't.

For me it was Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt for the Nintendo Entertainment System. I remember when I first got my NES back in 1986. The Memories I had with Super Mario Bros. makes me keep on playing SMB on my old NES til this day. And I will be playing Super Mario Bros. on the NES when I'm old and grey, even on my death bed.

Mario was original called Jump Man. Also he used to be a carpenter, not a plumber. This was back when he was in Donkey Kong.. During the 1978 Nintendo released a Arcade game called Radar Scope. But the game wasn't a big hit like Space Invaders, Nintendo hired a Mr. Miyamoto to design a game. even Mr. Miyamoto himself said that Radar Scope was terrible. So he designed the game Donkey Kong, Over half of Radar Scope Arcade Machines were converted into Donkey Kong. And this is how Mario & Donkey Kong got started.

I can't remember the name of the first Mario game I ever played but I think it was super mario bros 3. I remember playing on a friends save and automatically going to the last dungeon and using all his lives

My first was probably mario sunshine. Pretty sure I got mario 64 later on. Don't remember if I played any of the spinoffs before sunshine. If I did it would have been the original paper mario.

Super Mario Bros. 3 doesn't have a save file. Only a very few NES games had save files. The Legend Of Zelda for the NES was the first game ever to have a built in Battery to have a save file.

Super Mario 64 D's started my love for Nintendo. My other friends have grown out of Nintendo, and they tell me I need to grow up, but Nintendo is my favorite game company. I even have a NES and the original Mario Bros! I love Nintendo's games!

My first mario game was Mario sunshine, And to this day it is still one of my favourite mario games of all time, and my second favourite game of all time, my first at top is of course Ocarina of Time, Sunshine is a jewel in the mario franchise and in my opinion actually deserves a sequal, people say mario galazy is like a sequal to the game but Im looking for another game with Flood in it, and the mechanics of him, my opinion is very unpopular, but Im just stating it because I really loved mario sunshine, second favourite mario game would have to be thousan year door, but these are just my opinions :p

Mario and Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story! And it was (is? I never finished the final boss it since I don't want it to end :p) fantastic! Lots of humour and action and a crazy storyline. It's also my favourite Mario game. I know that Mario is supposed to be a platformer but since I'm horrible with platformers I find the RPGs a lot more fun.
