Lag in video games are generally annoying, but smash lags are definetely the worst! Here I am to tell you my personal opinion about the worst things with lag in smash bros.
Fighting a character with a projectile attack
If it starts lagging, some players will just walk over to the different side of the stage until tthe lag wears off. That`s often not the case if one of the characters has a projectile move. They will spam you with their annoying arrows or aura spheres, and you have to shield yourself from it. But the shield doesn`t last forever, and when you fail at a dodge, gets hit, and falls down the edge of the stage...
Recovery
Oh, how I hate to recover in lag matches. You have absolutely no chance at timing your recovery attack, and itt often ends in misery.
"I can change the future!"
You have just pulled of a really awesome combo, and right when you are about to launch your opponent off-stage with the final blow, the lag intecepts. Then, one of these 3 things happen. 1: You miraceously manages to finish the combo. 2: Because of the lag, you missed. 3. The opponent gets enough time to find a way to escape your fierce combo, and does it. Ultimate rage!
