Yep, Roseraid is a SSI for Gardevoir, but Gardevoir can't beat Roserade 1v1 unless is Scarfed or Roserade switches in while Gardevoir uses Psychic

Gardevoir doesn't count since is not a counter to Roserade, so its breaking the chain
