I finally arrive at Route 216. Brrr.... It's freezing.
I use Ponyta to finish some trainers easily.
There's one trainer left with one mon.
It's a Lopunny!
Ponyta vs Lopunny
Turn 1: I get a nice fire blast off and i get it down to slightly below half. It hits me with a jump kick which does slightly less than half.
Turn 2: I go for the safe flamethrower thinking it's enough to KO Lopunny due to hail damage. I'm wrong and I see Lopunny in the red and being killed but hail next turn.
Feeling pretty confident... errm I see Mirror Coat.
RIP @Mikaya the Ponyta. If it'd had won the battle it'd evolve into a Rapidash.
Lopunny died from hail the next turn, as I thought it would, and I'd won the battle. But lost a valuable member.
After mourning at my loss I go and get another encounter. On route 216 I manage to find myself a Sneasel which I named PokemonPro after @pokemon pro . ;o
Now I'll have to head through the thick snow of route 217 before I reach Snowpoint City and choose my new member for my team.

Small Update:
Got to Snowpoint.

Vs. Candice
I managed to get out of this in one piece.
My best bet seemed to be Staraptor so I used it against Candice.
I OHKO'ed Snover with a Aerial Ace.
Sneasel outsped me but just went for a taunt. I OHKO'ed it with a Close Combat.
I expected the Medicham to come out giving me time to switch out into Crobat before facing Abomasnow so the defence drops wouldn't be there.
But she sent out Abomasnow.
I was thinking it was the end because I had no clue how much an aerial ace would do. I thought it do up to red and no more.
Instead I'll never know.
Staraptor pulled through with a critical hit Aerial Ace and RIP Candices main mon.
Finally came out Medicham.
Somehow Aerial Ace left it in the red and it force palmed me.
This got me paralysed and near red.
Having no full restores I was gonna switch into Crobat but I remembered psychic type attacks.
And then hail buffeted and killed Medicham.
I forgot it was an ice type gym >.<.
Anyways that went way better than I expected and Now I'm off to Veilstone City again.
I managed to get out of this in one piece.

Small Update:
Used Rock Cimb to face all the trainers and got the TM for Ice beam. I also had to fight this trainer called black belt Philip. Someone has the same name as me irl name ;o.
Arrived at Veilstone and this grunt says he doesn't know anything about the Storage Key and he drops it as he runs away.

Mass Update 3:
I got into the Galactic Storage room and got defeated all the grunts there. Got the Galactic key and @rawrrie now knows sludge bomb (tm found in the storage).
Headed for the HQ where i found more grunts and a few scientists.
Finally i reached to where Cyrus was.
He was pretty simple since it was the first battle. I used Luxray (@Spinnerweb ) to defeat every mon.
Next I went to battle Saturn who wanted a rematch.
He was easy enough although i was scared when i used close combat with Staraptor (@DeathDragon ) and Bronzor got a gyro ball crit. Luckily it doesn't have much attack. Then @starmanfan the crobat finished off toxicroak.
I then freed the lake trio.
I was told to head for Spear Pillar where I'd see Team Galactic again.
Mt.Coronet and found myself a Clefable. Named it @Evelyn
Anyways you'll have to see Pt. 2 to see what does Team Galactic do at Spear Pillar and will I be able to save the world.

Skrelp I messed up big time with recording. Nothing allows it to upload it and I've converted it but doesn't give me a link and the converter just froze so it's useless.
And I've already saved the game so errm I can't really do anything else but explain what happened against Mars and Jupiter (with my Rival), against Cyrus and finally against Dialga.
Mars and Jupiter
My tactic here was to faint all of Jupiter's Mons before attacking Mars'. Munchlax was a great partner who had hits aiming left right and centre but was still up.
I managed to use @Spinnerweb the Luxray to take out all of Jupiter's mons and likewise with Mars. Although my rival's poor Muchlax did faint in the end.
Also not once did the confuse ray from the Bronzor affect my Luxray

He healed up my mons and I was set to go against Cyrus.

This actually came out easier than I expected. Luxray OHKO'ed both Honchkrow and Gyarados.
I then switched out into @Chopper the Whiscash against Weavile since of the attack drop on Luxray. I got a rock smash and mud bomb on Weavile before switching back out into Luxray who finished it off with another Thunder Fang.
Finally I 2HKO'ed Crobat with Thunder Fang and its Bite didn't flinch hax me.
Dialga
I use a Master Ball as I wanted to save time when recording. Named it @D4rkDragon . Although I won't be able to use it.

Small Update:
Had to either catch Uxie and Azelf to proceed in the game. Caught Uxie and Azelf hit itself in Confusion so it's ded.
Anyways I made it through route 222 and got myself a Chatot. No nickname for it currently :<.
That's about it for now.
Oh yeah also talked to Flint and Volkner seems down apparently.
