yep I got a whole set of folders organized perfectly even though I don't put nothing in them and I cannot make no more folders,by the way I did not make all those folders on my game the guy who gave it to me had made them,i just organized them in arrangement to number.

So the folders are just decoration uh?
It must be around 320 folders in total :p

An interesting way to play with the console :panda:

I only have one folder. It is the Demo folder. I don't like the way they take up so much place and I don't play Demos that often so I figured I'd put them in a nice folder. I might make another one to store other less use applications too (Like the activity Log, who uses that?!). (I just like a clean look for my 3ds.)

I dont use folders because i wang too see everything that my 3ds have. Eshop games, songs, videos, and all other apps. I just want to see what apps are inside the 3ds just by opening the case and no folders include.

I do use folders on my 3DS. I feel it makes things more organized. I may change it to no folders though because I like having the look of you having a lot of games. It looks cooler when you have more. I'm actually gonna change it right now.....lol :p. I change my mind to fast

I don't really see the point in using them. Perhaps if you put something in it, you may even forget what's in there. I think the console is already well organised and so it is useless to put something in it. I don't even know what could be stored in there? Maybe photos or videos?

At first, I didn't want to use folders for the same reason as JunZhi, I like to have everything directly available and not hidden. But since I recently bought a Smash theme for my 3DS and wanted to see the background, I decided to hide icons in 4 folders (games, demos, accesories (camera, download mode, ...) and 3DS related things (eShop, settings, ...)) :D

Wait. There's folders? On the 3DS/2DS? I did not know that. I am kinda new to this, to be honest.

I use folders for putting 3ds eshop games in. Just to make my home screen look neat and tidy.

I recently started using folders since I feel like my home screen looks a bit cluttered after downloading so many demos whenever I'm bored

True lol! Yeah Nintendo should change the home screen to a different design because it has stayed the same for like 2 years.

I use them for Random games and demos. The ones that I don't really play as often. I also tend to put anything else in there that I don't really use as often. It's how I keep it less cluttered. c:

lol. I name my folder "Games" and put eshop games in it.

Wow I didn't know I could have folders
I might try putting my demos into folder as they are taking up a lot of spaces. Don't know if it also slows my 3DS (for the same reason as having many shortcuts on desktop).

I organize my 3DS into folders based on categories (What uses Spotpass or Streetpass, safety information, games, etc.)

  • #79
That is a good idea lol

Nah, I never use the folders. I rarely hve any apps or games on my 3ds anyway. I like my system more when it is filled with a lot of icons andso I never use folders. Though, I have hundreds of folders in my comp:p
