Just make sure you don't just post according to assumptions like what you made. You did become a troublesome customer some time ago and tried to convince someone to not buy from us, so Multi wouldn't exactly be all that fine with you yet. Everyone gets busy now and then, and sometimes hard times.

My counterargument for that part: The conversation Multi and I had. He gave me his email to get a 10% discount when I order to his email. Make what you will of that, I'm letting you into the conversation so you can see the proof.
